FRANKEN has been busy developing milling tools since its foundation, and today there is an accordingly broad range of milling cutters of solid carbide and HSS to show for it. Our program includes end mills, slot drills, die-sinking cutters, shell end mills, gear cutters, and the most sophisticated special profile milling cutters. With this large variety of tool types and cutting materials, with its high standards and its uncompromising precision, our product range of milling cutters will answer to the most unyielding quality requirements.In addition to the standard program, FRANKEN produces:

Solid carbide milling cutters for dry machining and machining of hard materials.
FRANKEN-TOPLINE tools with special cutting materials for difficult materials, available ex stock in 5 different lengths.

As a special offer for the die and mould industry, FRANKEN has developed a complete new program of milling cutters which includes end mills, screw-in and shell-type milling cutters with carbide inserts as well as extra long solid carbide ball nose and torus cutters. In order to round off this milling cutter program, we have built up a comprehensive system of adapters, reducing tools and clamping chucks. In addition to the consulting service offered by our Technical Service we can support our customers in developing modern milling strategies on a machine set up especially for this purpose in our Research and Development department.
