Return Policy

Items may not be returned prior to obtaining an RGA number. Freight must be prepaid. Items must be returned in unused condition and in original container. A 5% Handling Fee will be assessed to all returns within 30 days of purchase unless the shipping / order error was made by EMUGE. The 5% Handling fee will be reduced to 0% if a stock order of equal net value is placed as an offset order to the return. A 20% Restocking Fee will be charged on all items returned after 30 days / less than 1 year, this will be reduced to 5% provided a stock order of equal net value is placed as an offset to the return. A 50% Restock Fee will be charged to all items returned after 1 year / less than 2 years, this will be reduced to 20% provided a stock order of equal net value is placed as an offset to the return. After 2 years no return. Special orders, modified items, items not in current catalogs or used items cannot be returned for credit. *The above conditions may be changed at the discretion of Emuge Corp.
