Customer Service Representative

Position Description:

Customer service representative with experience in an office setting and ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute customer inquiries.

Position responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers
  • Process customer’s orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Handle high volume of customer calls using a multi-line telephone system
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Professionally handle, identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Expediting orders and coordinating with Germany
  • Assist with credits and rebills
  • Support outside sales representatives
  • Informing distributors of our website capabilities
  • Remain up-to-date on product offerings
  • Initiate shipping claims with FedEx and UPS
  • Contact outside to distributors when needed
  • Work with Emuge Germany contacts
  • Answer questions regarding warranty and RGA forms
  • Assist with product mailers

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Able to prioritize and escalate issues as needed to ensure great customer service
  • SAP and Microsoft Office experience helpful
  • Strong work ethic
  • Able to use positive language
  • Able to manage time effectively and efficiently
  • Able to work calmly in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to remain professional and courteous with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
