Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator the qualified individual will be part of a dedicated and professional customer care team. The position primary responsibilities consist of the following sales coordinator requirements:

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers via e-mail and phone
  • Learn fundamental knowledge of all product lines and operational processes to better serve customers
  • Process incoming purchase orders and order confirmations received
  • Manage delivery request, expedite request, incoming quote request, change of order request
  • Be professionally accountable for resolving customer complaints and order problems
  • Initiate Return Authorizations, process credits as needed and assist the accounting team on resolving post shipment issues and discrepancies
  • Work with different departments to ensure timely shipment of orders, expediting as needed
  • Work closely with National-Sales Mgr. and Key Accounts Mgr. on all related projects orders
  • Will be a contributing member of daily Customer Service Department when needed
  • Track and report the progress of purchase orders to Management

 

Requirements:

SAP experience a major plus

3+ years business experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate years of experience

Requires that the individual be organized, while being readily adaptable to changes in work priorities
