Multi-THREAD MILL single plane style will cut a wide range of material including carbon steel, steel alloys, stainless steel, aluminum and copper. This all purpose design is well suited to the job shop, short run threading environment.
- UNC/UNF & UNJ/UNJF thread forms
- Certain diameters can cut M and MJ threads
- Each thread mill can cut multiple thread pitch combinations.
- 1 to 6 teeth profile
- Coolant fed options over 5/16"
- Tools provide control of pitch diameter including 2B, 3B, STI and all oversize variations
- TIN-T21 coated for wear resistance and additional tool life
