Quick-Change adapters for use with Emuge tap holding systems
The quick-change adapters of the EM series are designed for use in KSN and SFM series quick-change tap holders. The tool adaptation is made by means of a quick-change ball clamping system. Each tap shank diameter requires a separate adapter.
- Adapters are designed for KSN, KSN HD & SFM holders
- All adapters are capatible with through spindle coolant
- EM / DIN - adapters for DIN style tap shanks
- EM / ASME - adapters for ANSI style tap shanks
- EM / U - adapters with overload clutch
- EM / IKZ - With internal coolant supplied along the tool shank, for use with non-coolant through taps
- EM / Z-ER - adapter for converting the quick change adapter to an ER collet system
