Speedsynchro® Modular

The Speedsynchro Modular^® uses an integrated transmission gearing with a transmission ratio of 1: 4.412 and combines it with the patented Softsynchro minimal length compensation function. The Speedsynchro^® Mini is specifically designed for high speed tapping machines like the Brother Speedio and the Fanuc Robodrill.

Benefits of this system include:

Work in the unproblematic and relatively low synchronous rotational speed range (< 1,500 rpm) of the machine tool
Achieve high cutting speeds of the threading tool due to a multiplication of the spindle speed
Modular design can adjust the effective length of the tap in the holder while insuring a proper mating between coolant channels in holder to coolant holes in the tap
